Leslie Jeffries is a performance-focused healthcare executive with a clinical background in nursing. She has led clinical and operational teams in SaaS organizations, including assessment-driven personalized learning for physicians and nurses in high risk specialty areas, as well as pre-employment assessment tools for acute care organizations and the healthcare staffing industry. Leslie also serves as a clinical consultant to several marquis staffing companies, including regulatory compliance with Joint Commission HCSS standards and clinical/risk management oversight.
Her professional work has been highlighted through various publications, conference presentations, and white papers on these topics. Clinical acumen, business intelligence, knowledge of nursing informatics, and collaboration with software engineers have contributed to a well-rounded professional repertoire.
Leslie believes in giving back to her community and profession of nursing. She currently serves as a volunteer to the nominating committee of the Kentucky Nurses Association, PTA president at a local elementary school, little league basketball coach to young female athletes, and pianist for a small, rural church in south central Kentucky. Leslie holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics degree from American Sentinel University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Bellarmine University.
